The house is in the Avenham Park area, and the road is very quiet for being so close to the city centre (only a short walk through the park). Close by is also the River Ribble and easy access to the Guild Wheel walking routes.

The room has been freshly refurbished and includes a small double bed, desk, chair, wardrobe and multiple shelves. There is a shared kitchen and lounge and 1 bathroom with a shower and bath.
