I’m a university student graduating this year. I’m a clean and tidy person and would expect someone living with me to be the same. I enjoy exercising, gaming, discussing business ideas/economics and quiet nights in.
Ideal roommate would have similar interests, be a non smoker, be respectful of others and be willing to clean up after themselves/pay for a cleaner if not a fan of cleaning.
Deposit information:
Holding deposit: £100 (payable on signing the agreement to reserve the room; will be credited toward the security deposit)
Security deposit: £400 total (£100 already paid as holding deposit, £300 due on move-in)
For most people, a guarantor will not be necessary, but if a first time renter and unable to provide references or unable to pass affordability checks, I am happy to look into the option of a guarantor being involved.
