Hi, I’ve got a double en-suite room in PR1 for rent. It’s a very good size room, comes furnished (beds, wardrobe and drawers etc). It comprises of a lovely modern kitchen and shared space. Has parking right outside the house with a home charger(electric vehicles) available for use.
The property is very close to M55/M61 and A roads. Convenient access to BAE(Preston), UCLAN and or various NHS hospitals (Preston, Blackpool, Blackburn, Bolton).
I’m a chemical engineer by profession, quite social , into my football(watching it) but also somewhat private thus would like a flatmate who respects that. Genuinely, I’m quite easy going… been in multiple house shares in Manchester during my uni and early working days with no issues whatsoever.
Regarding my schedule; I’m at work for most days of the week and usually back down south on the weekend to see family and friends… so expect to see me only in evenings and on Fridays!
The rent would be £450 pcm with all bills tallying up to 575/600 including council tax. The property is in a lovely local neighbourhood, a 15 minute walk to fishergate shopping centre and the train station. Local supermarkets, gyms and other key outlets all placed within a 5-10 minute walk/couple of minutes drive away.
I’m not expecting paragraphs from potential flatmates, just a casual dm will be totally fine, this is not a job application!
