I am looking for a replacement tennant ASAP. I currently have a contract at Tramshed where I rebooked for 2025/26 as I am hoping to move into a studio instead.
The contract for next year has rebook rates so cheaper than a new contract. Silver en-suite, £115 a week, 51 weeks from 30 August 2025 - 22 August 2026. Total rent for the year is £5865 spread across 3 instalments with a £99 deposit.
If interested please reach out to me, ideally need this sorted within 2-3 weeks.
