Quiet terrace near UCLAN, train station and docks

I'm looking for housemates from September when I move into my new place, two rooms available, advertising as unfurnished for now but would absolutely consider putting beds and wardrobes in at least one of the rooms, I'm just aware some people are wanting to move with some of their own furniture, so don't be put off by that, Emmaus is just around the corner!

The house itself is quite spacious, with a large kitchen and living room, high ceilings in the bedrooms, plenty of sockets. 15 minute walk from the station (10 if you're in a rush) secure yard to store a bike.

Ideally I'm looking for people who are sociable and looking to make friends over hide in their rooms, I also like to host and will have friends over for meals regularly and will have my partner staying over a couple of nights a week.

No parties, no pets (possible exception for tortoises because they are beautiful and don't leave hair everywhere), no tories, no terfs, no bigots of any flavour.

I'm vegan and would prefer I live other veggie/vegans but I don't mind if you eat meat so long as you're not storing half a pig in the fridge.
