We’re a friendly professional couple with a spacious double room available in our tidy home. The room is bright, comfortable, and ideal for someone looking for a peaceful space.

• Clean, quiet, and ideal for a working professionals or students

• Modern kitchen – loads of space and all the usual appliances
• Shared bathroom – with a shower, bath, toilet, and sink
• Shared living room – with sofa and TV (though we have a second living area so we barley ever use it, so it’s often free)
• Fast Wi-Fi and all the essentials

📍 Location:
• 10-minute walk to Preston train station and the town centre
• 10-minute walk to Avenham Park – a beautiful green space perfect for walks, runs, or just relaxing

👫 About Us:
We’re a laid-back couple who both work full time and like to keep the house clean, relaxed, and drama-free. We also have a small, friendly dog - he’s very well-behaved but gets the occasional case of the zoomies (he’s part of the charm, we promise!).
