There is a washing machine and dryer in the flat. Kitchen comes with microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, induction cooker, sink,, ample cupboard space, kettle and toaster. Bedroom comes with double bed (no bedding, quilt or pillows provided), wardrobe and large chest cupboard. Bathroom is standard with shower, toilet and sink. Living area has a simple sofa set with table and foot stools. note there is no television in the flat - if you want then you must bring your own. Tv licence has been paid for.
