1 double bed room

I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room on a 6 month basis (with possibility to extend ) I thought it would be nice to have a roommate as a way to meet new people, be more social and...admittedly help with some of the bills!

I’m pretty social but like time on my own to recharge too. I enjoy cooking and would be nice to eat together/ hangout sometimes! I also like crafting and trying new things, and I’m gradually doing bits of decorating to the house to make it my cottage core dream! I’m clean and tidy so someone similar is essential.

If you have pets, we can discuss, but would depend on circumstances!

No Smoking in the house but as long as you clean up no issue with you smoking outside.

Parking - I have my car on the drive, but at the end of the street is a semi private car park (its a cul de sac, so not much foot traffic. There are street lights in car park so feels very safe and secure)

Ground floor - 1 toilet, open plan living/ dining, conservatory and kitchen. There’s a nice little garden and a decent sized garage too.

1st floor - Bathroom (bath/shower/toilet), 1 double bed, 1 master bed + 1 single room (used as a home office)

Women bed preferred, LQTBQIA+ friendly
