Silver ensuite in Tramshed (student accommodation)

I have a room in Tramshed, but had to leave for personal reasons. I am looking for a replacement tenant.
The room is a silver room. Ensuite (bathroom/shower is private)
The kitchen is shared between four people, the cluster has four rooms in total.
I know the flatmates and they’re very nice people.
The room itself is on the second floor.
The Tramshed has a common room with games, laundry room, and a study room.
Overall, it’s a great place. I would’ve stayed if I didn’t have to move out.
The contract is from 29/08/2026 to 03/07/2027, but I’m sure you can extend it if you want.
