📍 Replacement Tenant Needed – The Tramshed, Preston (2026/27 Academic Year)

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room at The Tramshed in Preston for the 2026/2027 academic year, as my circumstances have changed and I’ll be moving in with family instead.

I have paid the deposit already!

The kitchen is shared between four people, and it is an all girls cluster. The room is on the second floor.
The accommodation has confirmed that the replacement tenant can be male or female and they can offer an alternative room in the case of a male student since my room is in an all girls cluster.

The Tramshed itself has a common room with games available, a study room and a laundry room. Overall it’s a great place!

💷 £131 per week (bills and Wi-Fi included)

The building is in a great location, just a short walk from UCLan, the city centre, shops, cafés, and public transport. It also has great student facilities and a friendly community.
