Double & Single Room near City Centre

I have a good sized double room and a small single room that are available in a 4 bed end terrace house that was fully refurbished a few years ago. The house is in the Broadgate area of the city which means it is close to the river, docks, train station and the city center is just a short walk through the beautiful Avenham park.

All bills (council tax, gas, electric, water, tv license) are included in the rent along with wireless 50mb broadband so there is nothing else to worry about. There is a smart TV in the lounge so you can access any subscription you may have (Netflix, Now TV or other catch up services)
Also included is a fortnightly clean of the common areas by a professional cleaning company.
Parking is available on the road and the kitchen, lounge and bathroom are shared.
