The area is one of the best areas to live in Preston, the cinema is 5 minutes walk, a large supermarket is on the other side of the dock, there are restaurants plus the interesting features of the dock including a steam railway.

Also note - the video is a few years old, now and although the apartment looks basically the same, some parts have been upgraded, such as the bathroom, so it definitely needs a viewing.
