The current tenants have described this as 'the best apartment in Preston' and they even asked if they could buy it from me.

They are moving out because they have bought their own place now.

I agree with them, and I personally lived here for 13 years before moving to Manchester for family reasons. m

This is a second floor property in Lord Nelson Wharf overlooking the water on Preston Docks. There are two large bedrooms, one with built in wardrobes. There's a pleasant hallway and a very large lounge (18. 6 x 12 feet).

There is a modern kitchen and bathroom and also a balcony overlooking the dock.

The property has recently been redecorated and carpeted.

We are flexible on furnishings.

The area is one of the best areas to live in Preston, the cinema is 5 minutes walk, a large supermarket is on the other side of the dock, there are restaurants plus the interesting features of the dock including a steam railway.

Please note, the rooms are not being let individually, the apartment is being rented as a whole concern. As usual with this kind of let, bills are not included.

Also note - the video is a few years old, now and although the apartment looks basically the same, some parts have been upgraded, such as the bathroom, so it definitely needs a viewing.
