Housemate wanted - modern spacious flat

We have a spare double room available in our spacious fully furnished loft apartment/flat for rent in Ashton on a quiet road but close to the docks, shops and town centre. The spare double room has a double bed, 32inch flatscreen TV, storage space and 2 large sets a matching drawers. We have a large open plan kitchen/dining room/lounge. The bathroom (with shower & bath) would be shared, but we are not the kind of people who spend hrs in the bathroom. We have sky, broadband and a house phone. The building has private parking and a communal garden.
We are 2 full time working professionals who are fairly quiet in the week, and like to spend the weekends out and about. We like good food (tend to cook in the week, have the odd takeaway and like to eat out occasionally in nice places), sport (running, football & rugby), music of all kinds & travel (we have both been away travelling as far as Asia, Oz & South America). We are easy going, up for a laugh and like a few drinks at the weekend and are keen music festival goers and have trips to Germany, Ibiza & Amsterdam booked for later in the year.
