Single Room to rent

I am looking for a mature student or professional person to rent my spare bedroom. I would be living in the property, so it would be important to meet first and make sure we get on ok. I am also hoping to adopt a cat - so the person would have to be cat - friendly. I would prefer weekend to myself but this can be negotiated. I smoke occasionally (trying to quit) At present the room is unfurnished but furniture could be provided.
The property is within walking distance of the University and a short bus ride away from the hospital (RPH)
