Single room available, 5 nights

I have a room available to rent five nights a week.

The house is a good sized 3-bedroom room, with a lounge and conservatory; front and back garden; and has street parking available. Broadband, washing machine and dishwasher all available.

The city-centre and university are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. There is a bus service which passes the house. The motorway isn't far away. Preston Sports Arena is a few minutes’ walk away and the canal is even closer. Close to shops, parks, pubs and restaurants.

I'm looking for a social person with a good sense of humour.
