Double Room in Penwortham

Professional person or student (non smoker) wanted to share a comfortable home with two cats. The double room is fully furnished with a TV point, built in wardrobes and draws, mirror and double bed. The house has all mod cons including wifi but not sky, it is double glazed, alarmed and centrally heated with a drive and on road parking to the front and a south facing garden to the rear. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room, all of which are comfortable and relaxed. All bills are included except the land line. There is also a fornightly cleaner.

The joy of living with your landlord is that everything gets fixed straight away and I don't believe in feeling cold!

The house is in Penwortham and a short walk to the high street or down to the river. It has easy access to town and the docks. Buses into town are every 10 mins. The M6 south is about 15 mins away while access to the M6 north can be slow. It is pretty much on the A59 which links to Tarleton, Southport, Ormskirk and on to Liverpool.

Deposit and references are required, and you must be reliable, clean, tidy, like cats and having a chat.
