Shops and amenities close by and walking distance to the town centre.

A quiet house in a cul-de-sac with ample on street parking

Bills included - council tax, TV, broadband, water etc.
All except gas and electric which is pay as you go and shared between everyone.

I'm looking for Respectful tenants.
No couples.
All bedrooms have individual locks, the bathroom will be shared between 3 people in total.
Communal living room with two large leather sofas, flat screen TV and built in storage spaces.
Shared kitchen with large American style fridge freezer, Washing machine, new condenser dryer, electric cooker and plenty of cupboards.
Spare small fridge if anyone wants it in their own room.

I'm never in a rush to fill the rooms because I want someone that can pay on time and not cause hassle to the other housemates. If you're looking for a party house this isn't the place for you.
