The house is in Ashton-0n-Ribble - a trendy party of Preston where lots of young working professionals live.

The house is a mile away from Preston City Centre where many bars and clubs are located, a few minutes walk to the cool Preston Docklands area (with cinema complex, restaurants, a large Morrisions supermarket), A local park, corner shops and takeaways are 2 minutes walk away.

10 minutes walk to the University Of Central Lancashire, a couple of miles from the Royal Preston Hospital and a 15 minute drive to BAE in Warton.

CURRENT HOUSEMATES

The current housemates are all young working professionals (male and female) aged between 21 and 30 years who, in the main, came to the house individually when they moved to Preston for work in professional graduate jobs. The housemates are welcoming, friendly and sociable with a wide variety of interests & hobbies.

Most comment that they were apprehensive about moving to a new city, new job & a new place to live - but as all the housemates have been in the same boat at one stage they have found the house a great place to live and find a group of like minded individuals.
