The house is a mile away from Preston City Centre where many bars and clubs are located, a few minutes walk to the cool Preston Docklands area (with cinema complex, restaurants, a large Morrisions supermarket), A local park, corner shops and takeaways are 2 minutes walk away.

10 minutes walk to the University Of Central Lancashire (1 minute by bus), a couple of miles from the Royal Preston Hospital (5 minutes by bus) and a 15 minute drive to BAE in Warton.
