Looking for a Mon-Fri lodger to take this lovely double room in a warm and welcoming home with me and my dog. Room comes with new double bed, built-in hanging and shelf storage, plus freestanding drawers.
I'm vegan so am looking for a veggie/vegan. Happy to consider pets.
House is 2 bathrooms, fabulous big kitchen, living room with log burner, big sofa, and TV. Yoga/workout space. Small garden backing onto unobstructed views over the valley. Hiking trails galore on the doorstep and 10 minute walk into Ramsbottom. 5 mins easy access to motorway and 25min drive into central Manchester. Plenty of parking space.
I'm a civil servant, working from home most days, but have an active lifestyle so am out and about quite a lot.
Full time occupancy is also possible but council tax would then be extra (c£100/month, Council Tax Band B)
