I have 2 x Large double rooms available from 01 October. I am a live in landlord but work away Monday to Friday and therefore will generally only be around at weekends.

The property is right in the heart of Rawtenstall, overlooking the market and is within walking distance of everything you need.

Living room, lounge and kitchen on the ground floor come fully furnished as shown. There’s also a utility room and additional toilet.

The 2 rooms and 2 office/additional spaces are both on the first floor. Room 1 overlooks the market and comes with a newly fitted en-suite as well as a decent sized entry room previously used as an office. Room 2 is a large bedroom and comes with an additional room next door which was previously used as office space / guest room. The main bathroom is also located on the first floor.

I have kept living space on the second floor for myself however there is some room for storage should you need it.

There is also some outside space to the side of the property (overlooking the market) and to the rear (self contained space).

Bills included in the rent cover WiFi, council tax and water. Electricity and Gas will be separate but at 33% each as I will cover a share.

As you can see in the photos, there is some final works being done to finish the rooms ready for lodgers but this will be completed for availability at the start of October.

Ideally looking for 2 people who are looking to rent together but will consider those looking with potential housemates also.
