Single (furnished or not) Rawtenstall Centre Room

Tenants: I live in a 3 bedroom house with my Golden Retriever. My current housemate has a Cavapoo and a very dog friendly cat. Both my flatmate and I work away a lot at times, so the house is not as busy as it sounds!

Room: A single room is available for rent. There is a large storage cupboard in the room which could be used as a wardrobe - the dimensions can be seen on the floorplan within the images. This is currently unfurnished but I am happy to furnish the room to your preference. I will just need a few days to buy whatever furnisher is required before your move in date.

Pets: Friendly pets are allowed but they would need to get on with the two dogs and cat that currently live there. They get on with everyone/every pet they've met so far!

The House: There is a shared bathroom (with a bath & shower), shared kitchen, shared living space with a large sofa & tv. There is also a shared yard with a table & chairs.

- 3 minute walk to the centre of Rawtenstall (bank street) & Rawtenstall market (foodie Fridays are very popular there!)
- 5 minute walk to a supermarket
- 1 minute walk to a walking trail up to the halo (good off-lead dog walking routes)
- 14 minute walk / 2 minute drive to Whitaker park ski Rossendale entrance
- on street parking (due to the one way system it is easy to find a spot, even though we are close to the centre)
- Two lovely, well trained dogs that will want to be your best friend!

Deposit is 1 months rent.

I am happy to work on a flexible basis and accepting of short term lets.
