Small double (furnished or not) Rawtenstall Centre

Tenants: I live in a 3 bedroom house with my Golden Retriever. I have two spare rooms:

Bedroom 1: Reserved
Bedroom 2: £575pcm.
They are both double rooms.


Pets: Friendly pets are allowed but they would need to get on with my dog. He gets on with everyone/every pet he's met so far!

The House: There is a shared bathroom (with a bath & shower), shared kitchen, shared living space with a large sofa & tv. There is also a shared yard with a table & chairs.

- 2 minute walk to an x43 bus stop (£3 into Manchester City centre)
- 3 minute walk to the centre of Rawtenstall (bank street) & Rawtenstall market (foodie Fridays are very popular there!)
- 5 minute walk to a supermarket
- 1 minute walk to a walking trail up to the halo (good off-lead dog walking routes)
- 14 minute walk / 2 minute drive to Whitaker park ski Rossendale entrance
- on street parking (due to the one way system it is easy to find a spot, even though we are close to the centre)
- a lovely, well trained dog that will want to be your best friend!

Deposit is 1 months rent.

I am happy to work on a flexible basis and accepting of short term lets.
Couples welcome but this would be higher rent
