I live in a 3 bedroom house with my Golden Retriever. The attic room is available for rent. This is currently unfurnished but I am happy to furnish the room for you at no extra cost.

There is a shared bathroom (with a bath & shower), shared kitchen, shared living space with a large sofa & tv. There is also a shared yard with a table & chairs.

My boyfriend lives in Cheshire so I am usually only here part of the time, Meaning that you would have the house to yourself most weekends.

- I can install a lock on your door if you’d prefer the extra security
- Access to wing storage in the attic
- 2 minute walk to an x43 bus stop (£2 into Manchester City centre)
- 3 minute walk to the centre of Rawtenstall (bank street) & Rawtenstall market (foodie Fridays are very popular there!)
- 5 minute walk to a supermarket
- on street parking (due to the one way system it is easy to find a spot, even though we are close to the centre)
- A lovely, well trained golden retriever that will want to be your best friend!

Deposit is 1 months rent.

I am happy to work on a flexible basis and accepting of short term lets.

For couples I would ask for an extra £100/month to account for extra bills and more people in shared spaces.
