I have a double room to let in my detached 5 bed-roomed house situated in the Ribble Valley.
Read is a small Village which is 5 miles from Burnley and 8 miles from Blackburn, with easy access to the M65, M66, & M6, giving excellent motorway links.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, set of draws, table and under bed storage. There is a bathroom and downstairs shower room which is shared and you will have full access to the kitchen, lounge and a large south facing garden.
Rent is inclusive of bills and you will have access to Broadband and secure off street parking.

The nearest small town is Padiham, which has a supermarket and a great Leisure Centre with a swimming pool and if you enjoy walking you are only a stone’s throw from the countryside

This is not quite the normal house share, everyone has a few more miles on the clock and therefore people treat the place like a home. So if you are a little more mature and are looking for a nice room in a quiet, clean, well maintained house and love animals, this is the house share for you.
