Female housemate required for cosy house.

Cosy yet spacious house comprising of living room, dining/living room, kitchen, bathroom (shower only) and two bedrooms, with terraced yard to the rear.

Plenty of parking space on the street and a few steps away from the bus stop to Accrington and Blackburn. Train 20 min walk away.

Don't mind sharing the odd meal or going to the pub, but generally I'm busy, in and out, when I'm in I like to cook, paint and occasionally have friends round but I'm not exactly a party animal.

Ideally would like an easy going housemate, as long as you keep things clean and don't set anything on fire, it'll be fine.
