The house is on 3 floors.
Ground floor : 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms -
Middle floor: Kitchen, living room, dining table-
Top floor: Landlords area.

1 double room/w. separate private bathroom. £600pcm (including bills. Fair use applies).

Terms. 6 months trial.. then, (if all goes well) rolling 6 monthly agreements. A months notice to quit to be given from either side.

House is shared with myself (the live-in Landlord) and a male tenant on the ground floor; where the vacant room is also located.
Each room has its own private bathroom.

The room is let furnished.
