Large double room in the attic of a two bedroom house to rent in Crawshawbooth, Rossendale.

Fully furnished with plenty of storage plus additional shared storage space.

I currently live in the property with my fiancé, I work away Monday to Friday and return at the weekends. My partner lives there full time.

We have rented the room out previously for just over a year in which time the lady living there managed to save up for her own place.

Since the previously tenant moved out we’ve had a new kitchen in, redecorated and had new carpet and are now ready to rent the room out again.

We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and considerate and who can provide a reference and proof of income.

We do have one cat so unfortunately we can’t accommodate another animal.
