I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy starting 01/09/2022 until 19/07/2023 (46 week contract).

- This room is a deluxe ensuite located on the top floor and boasts scenic views of the hills and sheep, so if you are looking for somewhere quiet with stunning scenic views, than this is perfect!

-The apartment is within walking distance to Lancaster university, and the room is available to both UOC and university of Lancaster students.

Flexible move in dates available from as early as September 1st and if you want to move in at a later date that's fine to.
