Good location between both universitys

Nice, quite, terraced 2 bed house. Situated in between the both university's.
Good bus route to both uni's and the town center. The room has a bed, wardrobe, draws and is a bout to get a computer desk, bedside table and a lamp.
I am a youth and community worker and work afternoons and occasional weekends.
I would prefer a female professional or student, ideally :)
Guests are welcome occasionally but not all the time please.
Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and appliances :)
I am easy going and have 2 pets. Spike, a rabbit who lives under the stairs, and Tigger my grumpy old cat. So no allergies please.
