Lovely clean, double bedroom available in nice and quiet suburb of Shaw with only a few minutes walk from the tram stop and the centre.

Spare study also available to use and included in the price. I can also include meals if required. Otherwise a shared large kitchen diner, conservatory overlooking nice private garden and safe parking.

Ideally the room is Mon - Fri but would be able to accommodate all week if short let.
