Quaint cottage in the Ribble valley

Do you want to live in the Ribble Valley at the foot of Pendle Hill? If so there’s a lovely little house share waiting for you.

You will be living with a lovely lodger called Sam. He works outdoors and has recently moved up from Leamington spa.

The room available is a lovely three quarter room without furniture, there is a wardrobe on the landing and a side table included, this can be removed. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture at present. It’s close to the M65, so is ideal for commuting. There is street parking available.

The house comes with a newly renovated kitchen and a spacious living room plus log burner. The ideal candidate would be a like minded professional to share with Sam. I am no longer the live in landlord.

I’m looking for a 6 month minimum rental contract to begin with which I’m open to extend if the circumstances are right. I will be including the bills in the rental price. References will be required.
