Room For Rent

Hi,
My name is Kristine and have a spare room. I own a dog (chihuahua), he is friendly. I am not a neat freak but if you have a dog at home you learn to put things back in the right places. Don't worry you will learn it too :D
The apartment is located in Oldskem. Mostly everting you might need is located around 1 to 2 min walk away.
I am an easy-going person and most of my time at home I spend in my office or in my bedroom. The only room you will not be allowed in is my bedroom. I am okay if you want to use my office if I am not working there.
I have quite few books and board games, you can borrow them to if you promise to be careful.
I am friendly too, me and Bear (my dog) often go for some adventure you will be more than welcome to join.
I don't mind if you have visitors as long as you are considering my neighbours.
