The room is furnished with a single storage bed, night table, table/desk, desk chair and an arm chair, Which you can arrage anyway you like within reason, Shared bath, living room and kitchen. You will have your own fridge and cupboard. You may use our dishes, pots and pans, but please  clean up after yourself. Utilities and Council tax included. Wifi and Netflix are also included. I have two cats so you must like cats and not be allergic to them. There is a nice back garden and a small front garden. There is ample parking on the street in front of the house. The room is £400 per month with a £100 cleaning/damage deposit, and you will need to sign a rental agreement. I’ll need 30 days notice when you move out. I am widowed and retired, but do some sewing. I am pretty easy going and enjoy meeting new people.
