Nice furnished room in a quite cul-de-sac

The room is furnished with a single bed, chest of drawers, table desk, small table, club chair and desk chair. You will have use of the kitchen with a refrigerator and cupboard for your very own use. You can also use my dishes, pots and pans, I only ask that you clean up after yourself. There is a full bath on the same floor as the room and a downstairs toilet. It's very quite located in a cul-de-sac that's off another cul-de-sac. With in walking distance of shops and grocery stores. There is ample street parking available on a first come first serve bases. It's in the back of the house overlooking a small garden. I have two cats who have the run of the house so you should neither dislike cats nor be allergic to them. No smoking, alcohol or drugs, please. I'll need proof of employment and at least three references from employers, landlords, and other roommates.
