Hi, I'm currently living alone, I moved out here a year ago and it is about time i got a housemate. I work monday to Friday. Unfortunately there isn't much furniture available in the room, but would be willing to discuss an exception with regards to rent for the first month to populate the room with furniture. The room is the largest Bedroom in the house. I'm friendly but can be shy, I play instruments but not too loud so I wouldn't expect it would bother you.
There is a registration cost of £60 to move in, that is the estate agency though, so its not my choice. And a £250 deposit.
