Hi we are a small family living in a lovely spacious house with large gardens and lots of parking space. The room is large and furnished with lovely wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and comfortable two seater sofa for lounging on, The room has a modern ensuite shower and is on its own upstairs - so nice and quiet and private.

On the same floor is a family bathroom with bath for shared use. The kitchen diner is a good size and there is a washing machine for use.
The toilet is in a shared bathroom on the same floor as the room.
There is a home gym with weights, treadmill and other equipment for shared use.
The room would suit a professional looking to save up, someone looking for short term space to live and students.

The house is on a direct bus route to both Ormskirk and Wigan and is only ten minutes from Ormskirk train station by car.
