Large, light room with modern, free standing wardrobe, drawers, shelves, bed and desk (available either furnished or unfurnished to suit) on laminated floor. Dimensions of room 4. 25m x 4m (13ft by 13ftish). Vanity basin.

Run of ground and first floor. i. e. three toilets, two bathrooms! Attic lodger has own facilities. Substantial semi behind electric gates on quiet street comprising:

Large shared lounge on ground floor with 50" TV, blu ray etc., wash mach, dryer in utility room, dishwasher, full size fridge and full size freezer shared with max two other lodgers. in kitchen (42" tv), gym.
Sociable, friendly household. Current nationalities 2 x English, 1x US
The rent stated includes everything (gas, electric, water, gardener, window cleaner) also Council Tax, and high speed fiber optic broadband. No additional bills.

Owner often away so usually max 2 people in five bedroom house.

Please note, if you are not prepared to clean up after yourself and expect your housemates to clean up after you, this is not the house for you.
