We live in a very large double fronted Victorian property.
Your lovely very large room comes with king size bed and en suite. Your accommodation is very private and has its own hallway.. also has another room in your private quarters, which can be used as an office or storage etc. The cot etc in there will be moved so room be empty .
You go through main bedroom door, on your right is the spare room, then your small hallway to the left your bedroom then next to it an en suite.
We will supply first lot of new bedding and towels. WiFi.
Full use of kitchen /fridge freezer and washing machine which are in the utility room ,cupboard space in the kitchen. Use of cooker all utensils etc and dining room . All bills included . Room available now.
The rent is £480 per calendar month , Also £250 deposit when contract signed against damages etc.
The buses are a few minutes from our home, going either to Lytham Preston or the other way Blackpool. We’re also a few minutes from st Anne’s on the sea train station and 5 minutes from the beach.

We have a cat called Bella.
