Hi, I have a lovely double en-suite room available part of a newly converted 2 bedroom flat.
The room includes a new Ottoman storage lift bed. (Pic is previous bed)
2 chest of drawers, 2 bed side cabinets with lamps, Spotlights in ceiling, window looking out over back garden and over Golf Course & trees, really calming view.
It also has a walk-in wardrobe with rails & shelves.
& shoe storage boxes. En-suite with walk-in shower all brand new with overhead shower head and alternative smaller versatile shower head attached.
The room is really bright in the daytime, cosy at night with a unisex decor.
You will have use of the lounge/kitchen, includes dishwasher, washing machine plus usual appliances, coffee machine, blender, microwave etc. full kitchen utensils, plates & cups.

In the hallway there is a drying room & cloakroom.
A guest toilet & communal front garden area.
Access to the building has a great video monitor system
10 min walk to the beach & 10 mins to the centre, less than 5 mins in the car.
I'm a creative type & mostly away for work, maybe the odd weekend, I’ll be there.
So you will have the flat to yourself for most of the time.
There are 3 flats in the Building, very respectful, nice people.
I want someone clean & tidy. This is really important to maintain the standard it is now.


Also preferably someone who doesn’t work from home but if you do, there may be an extra cost incurred for energy bills to cover the extra usage.
Whilst the rent includes WiFi, Council Tax, I have to add on £50 for bills to sustain the rise of bill costs.

When lodging one of the rooms, there maybe some periods where I don’t lodge out both as I will be using it myself or both will be rented out on an ongoing basis. I am very selective who I put in my flat & respectful of who I pair with who is currently occupying a room there & will always notify ahead of time the current lodger with any change.
I will also at some point consider renting to one person if you want to lodge the whole flat. Rent TBA.
