The house is FY8 postcode but is located by Squires Gate. I own a 3 bedroom property and live here alone with my fluff ball Japanese Akita dog. The area is quiet and a stone throw away from the sea front. I work full time and my home is my sanctuary. I like a clean and relaxing living space. I am happy to open my home up to the right person.

Double room available, unfurnished currently however if required, furnished options could be discussed. The house contains, main bathroom, downstairs toilet, living room, kitchen, garden and driveway - all would be shared. I have rented this room out for the previous year and the tenants are due to move out on 7th September. Short term and long term considered. References and deposit required.
