2 large rooms - Large Luxury home in St Annes

I have a 4 bedroom house in St Annes and thinking of renting out one or 2 of my spare rooms.

My house has been fully renovated recently so I am only really looking for someone who appreciates quality accommodation and is clean and can live in my home respectfully as I have spent a lot on my home renovating every single inch of it with quality carpets etc new bathrooms, new kitchen and flooring etc.

I have 2 spare rooms available, the very large master bedroom and the smaller double bedroom. I am looking for £750 for the large master bedroom and £675 for the double bedroom. My home is beautifully renovated in a very nice area of St Annes hence why I am asking for more rent than other homes as this would ideally suit someone who wants a quality home to live in, and in a very nice area of St Annes close to the shops, cafes and major bus routes. I am also about 5-10 min walk from the town centre and the train station but still a very upmarket quiet street.

This would suit someone who wants to spend a bit more to live in an impressively large luxury home rather than an HMO etc.

I work from home 3/4 days a week and I am very quiet. I go out most evenings to see friends and family as I enjoy socialising so I am rarely at home in the evenings. I am really easy to get along with, very clean and tidy and expect the same of you.
