Double room and own sitting room

Professional female whom wants to share a house with another professional lady. You will have your own double room which has a double bed in it. You will have access to your own sitting room which is furnished. Kitchen to be shared. You would be expected to share in the cleaning, gardening and to respect my privacy as I would respect yours. A good sense of humour and like dogs as you would be sharing with him also. No party animals as I like my sleep and unfortunately no overnight guests. I am fairly easy going.
