Council Tax Band A - This is a new ad so I may alter the rent price slightly to reflect the increase in council tax cost once I have figured out the expenses of running the home with a second person. If your ad doesn't already specify then it would be helpful to know a little about your lifestyle as a person who works from home will affect the energy bills greater than someone who leaves for work in the winter months for example.

Generally looking for a person who is independent so that we can both go about our own day. We could eat together on occasions if it's convenient but I don't want it to be an expectation.

The ideal person cleans up after themselves and is consistent. You will also pay for your own food and toiletries. All amenities are available for you to use - cooking appliances, cupboard storage in the kitchen, fridge/freezer, (my washing machine is currently broken).

I have a large intelligent dog so it is important that you are careful when entering or leaving the property to prevent her from escaping.

This property would suit a person who does not require much space and has minimal belongings.

I have minimal work over August so you will see me a lot more over the summer if you work from home.
