This is a large single room with en-suite in my house . It is a basement room and has its own separate entrance.. it is light and south facing and has great views over Todmorden and the moors . The house is elevated but only 10 minutes walk from station .Behind the house is open countryside leading up to the Calderdale way and Bridestones etc .
Very quiet street and parking is on the street.
The kitchen and dining room on the first floor are available for your use as is the lovely garden .They are shared with me .

There is a bike shed and other possible storage space

You would be welcome to have visitors of course .

This is not a house share except for the kitchen and dining room but I am friendly and will do my best to make you feel at home . I have had a lodger for three years and always had lodgers in other places where I have lived so I am very comfortable with others sharing my kitchen.
