Garden Facing Ensuite Room in beautiful location

Welcome! This is a gorgeous, quiet room on the edge of the town centre with beautiful views across the Todmorden hillside. It's a 5 minute walk into town (ten minutes back uphill!) and has lots of outside garden space & seating to enjoying the birds, trees & the outdoors. We also have an allotment nearly which a tenant can use and be part of.

There is a shared living/dining space available and use of the kitchen. There are 2 cats here as well as my son, aged 12, so references and an ability to get on with kids is essential.

We're looking for someone lovely not just to share our house with, but to possibly enjoy hanging out with at times, as well as respecting having our own spaces and privacy. I'm a self-employed consultant and yoga teacher and work at home, so we're looking for someone fairly quiet during the daytimes.

The room is furnished with a double bed, and other storage, but I am happy to discuss arrangements for a tenant to bring in their own furniture and work that out together. There is also a built-in cupboard between the bedroom and bathroom with hanging space and storage.

I am happy with short term lets, and a part-time or full-time tenant. I would probably like to meet people a couple of times to be sure it's the right fit for us both and to get to know each other a bit before moving in for a trial period. I should also say if a tenant has a dog I am ok with that but it would need to be cat friendly.
