Welcome to your new home in my stunning top floor flat renovated two years ago with beams, high ceilings and great views of the countryside. Close to amenities, on the main bus route between Halifax, Rochdale and Burnley and only a 15 minute walk from Todmorden station with 3 trains an hour to Manchester and Leeds.
You will share my spacious kitchen living space and my bathroom (with a full bath and shower) and have your own furnished double bedroom. There is on site parking, a patio seating area and great access to walking in the hills and along the canal.
I'm looking for a friendly, tidy professional woman to share my comfy space. I like to relax and cook in my evenings but on working days I like to get an early night. I work shifts so my working days vary each week so you will find you have the flat to yourselves in the day some weekends.
Council tax is Band A but is included in the rent.
