Bed, mattress, duvet and pillows are all included unless you specify otherwise. Room includes everything seen in the photos

My home has been renovated to a high standard and as such I won't be considering pets or children visiting regularly. Smokers are welcome to use the front or rear garden freely, not inside the house

The living room and kitchen are not photographed but are well equipped, modern and comfortable. The kitchen has a gas range and electric cooker and reinstalled original flag flooring. The living room has gorgeous dark wooden floors, a log burner, cosy furniture and artwork on the walls.
