Description
We are looking to rent out the spare room in our house for 6-12 months, all bills included.
The room comes furnished but we are more than happy to move some things around to accommodate bringing your own furniture. There is a wardrobe and additional storage space included with the room. The rest of the house (bathroom, kitchen and living room) are shared.
There is off-street parking for anyone wishing to bring a vehicle, otherwise we have space in the shed for a bike! The house is a 6 minute walk from the supermarket and a 12 minute walk from the train station connecting you easily to both Manchester (25 mins) and Leeds (45 mins).
We both work away 3-5 nights a week meaning you would have the house to yourself most of the time - in exchange we ask that you could feed and pay some attention to our rescue cat Fishy.
