Outside there is a lovely terraced garden at the back for your enjoyment and direct access to countryside . At the front there is a quiet track with no through traffic. Its a community of 10 households on the street and very friendly.. there are great views over the town and countryside beyond

It's a 10 minute walk to the town centre and the station.

I will provide a contract which lists responsibilities of both landlord and tenant. I address any problems in a direct, fair and prompt way..

The main ask of any tenants is that they keep the room and ensuite clean within reason, uncluttered!.

There will be a £50 additional monthly rent for a two tenant stay to cover the additional energy usage.

The tenancy can begin in week beginning 15 th April

The rent includes all bills .

I live in the main house above and our paths will cross from time to time !!
