Double room in central Tod

I have a spare room available in central Tod, available March onwards 🏡🪴
Rent will be no more than £400 (not including bills) for one unfurnished bedroom with shared use of an office/laundry room and sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and furnished living room.

Your room: good sized, bright room on 1st floor, with tall ceilings and big window (with blinds and curtains). Space for double-bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. (pictures show single bed & chest of drawers which will be moved upstairs)
My bedroom is in the attic rooms/2nd floor.

Quick walk to Aldi, Tod sports centre etc.
No garden but quiet cul-de-sac road nr the park, and I have a bench and plants outside. The bedrooms have been recently painted and the fridge and freezer have been replaced recently too- repairs are completed quickly by landlord/letting agent.

Looking for someone with a similar vibe and interests- Id like a housemate I can socialise with, share meals with etc.
I like a clean, calm house environment overall and enjoy being outside in nature, chillinggg, and seeing friends :)

Parking is on-street. No pets. Bills will be split equally, probs no more than £200 per person (inc council tax band A & WiFi) monthly.

You'll be technically subletting from me as I'm on the rent contract solo currently (landlord & letting agents aware and happy). From May, the contract becomes a rolling contract in line with the new renting rights laws. We can then sign a shared contract if wanted.
