Short term, single bed in central Tod

I have a spare room available in central Tod, available NOW until May 🏡🪴
I am open to very short term options so feel free to message:)
Rent will be £500/month including bills for one bedroom with shared use of an office/laundry room, sharing a bathroom, kitchen, and furnished living room.

Your room: good sized, bright room on 1st floor, with tall ceilings and big window (with blinds and curtains). Includes single bed, bedding, chest of drawers, bedside table & lamp.

My bedroom is in the attic rooms/2nd floor.

Quick walk to Aldi, Tod Sports Centre, lovely walks on the tops etc.
No garden but quiet cul-de-sac road nr the park, and I have a bench and plants outside. The house has recently been repainted and the fridge and freezer have been replaced recently.

I like a clean, calm house environment overall and enjoy being outside in nature, relaxing, and seeing friends :) looking to live with like-minded, respectful, naturey people

Parking is on-street. No pets.

You'll be technically subletting from me as I'm on the rent contract solo currently (landlord & letting agents aware and happy).
