Single room situated in a two bedroom end terrace house in Bromley Cross, Bolton in the North West of England. It is close to local amenities and public transport. There are frequent buses into Bolton and a direct train link into both Bolton, (10 min), and Manchester, (30 min). Bromley Cross is a suburb of Bolton It is picturesque and has a village feel to it. My place is good for students, mature students, business people, workers, people relocating or people between houses. It is council tax band A. Being on the edge of the West Pennine Moors the house is surrounded by beautiful countryside and offers beautiful walks from the doorstep. The house is also close to several local shops, restaurants, take-aways, pubs and a small supermarket.
Use of all communal space is available eg kitchen, lounge bathroom etc. If you require a bit of workspace there is a large dining room table available in the conservatory. The kitchen table can also be used at various times. There is also a fold down desk and chair in the room that can be set up in the room or lounge or kitchen. Use of the back garden is available and is a lovely little suntrap.
