Looking for some friendly flatmates to fill up this house which currently has one tenant.
Large Kitchen, Bathroom, Downstairs Toilet, Lounge and Reception Room with open fire. Beautiful beamed rooms with access to garden at the rear. There are two parking spaces with the property and plenty of street parking and car park at the bottom of the street.
Rooms are currently split, in money terms, as there is one definite double and then a box room which will fit a double in and a long thin room which will only really take a single, poss 3/4. Two smaller rooms have their own sink.
The rooms are currently furnished but this is negotiable. The price is the same either way.
Bi-weekly cleaner included in the price. All other bills to be split equally between the four tenants. Current tenant is a friendly lad.
