6 months let for single or couple in lovely home

Lovely spacious double room with lots of storage offered for 6 months (1st Nov - 30th April, dates flexible). There is a possibility of renting a second smaller room alongside this on the same floor, possibly as an office or for a child - extra cost to be discussed.

I am not around a lot at the moment so you will often have the house to yourself, but when I am there you will be sharing with me and a very sweet and relaxed English Springer Spaniel, Lucky. I sometimes work from home as a therapist (online, no clients come here) so would prefer a quiet housemate or someone out in the daytimes. Other than that I'm fairly relaxed.

40 mins walk down the gorgeous canal or over the hills into Todmorden (or short cycle or drive).

Beautiful area, fantastic walks, quiet row of houses, friendly and quiet neighbours.
